Maserati Driver Opens Fire On Car That ‘Cut Him Off’ In Washington DC
The shocking incident of road rage was captured the moment a gunman opened fire on another car in Washington D.C.
Surveillance video shows the suspect walking up to the driver’s side of another car before opening fire through the driver’s side window in the Kenilworth neighborhood of the city.
The incident, was all caught on camera happened in the northwest of the city just after 5pm.
The driver of a Maserati who appeared to have been cut off got out of his car. The Maserati driver can be seen walking over to the victim’s vehicle. The driver then began firing directly in through the window of the sedan
As soon as the victim speeds away in their sedan, the gunman can be seen firing at oncoming traffic, although it is not clear if any additional rounds were fired.
During the 40 second clip, it appears as though the victim may have cut off the suspect in his sports car, which then triggered the shooting.
A woman was found a short distance away having driven around the corner. She had been hit by gunfire as a result of the incident but it is not clear if she was the driver of the sedan.
Emergency crews also responded to the scene, and the victim was taken to a local hospital.
Police say she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
A $10,000 reward has been announced for anyone with information that leads to the identity of the suspect.
